MvX Monthly: June 2025
MvX vibes spreading around the globe and yet another big protocol upgrade
In xAlliance News
Making Impact Measurable
vLeaps has been helping Web3 businesses automating and accelerating their operations. Recently, they published their first case study demonstrating the benefits of managing crypto teams and companies onchain. It just so happened to be… US!
Lessons From the Trenches
Founding a Web3 business is that survives brutal market downturns is, perhaps unsurprisingly, very very hard. But there are some invaluable lessons to be learned from those who have managed. xAlliance Members Mihai Rad and Tomos Rees joined Lukas Seel for a live streamed “Founder Session” to discuss what they’ve learned from building AI Nexus, Philanthrify, and their other ventures.
Member of the Month: Joaquim
It's been a couple of months full of wins for Gaupa Labs co-founder Joaquim Tirach. From offering Sibiu Marathon runners an easy way to immortalize their race via RaceLedger and adding social logins to the newly-launched vibe Coding Platform VibeOX (more on this later) with Gaupa Login, his work has largely focuses on elevating Web3 user experience.
Behind the scenes, he's been tirelessly improving systems, documents, and processes to make the MvX developer experience as smooth as possible and is one of the most active contributors to the Agora—a place for builders to propose improvements benefitting the ecosystem.

A Big Beautiful Upgrade
A mere month after shipping the biggest upgrade since mainnet launch with Andromeda, the network is getting yet another update. Barnard brings a host of improvements, from governance to developer experience.
Here are some handy materials to give you an overview of what Barnard brings:
The governance proposal—which passed with 98.27% approval.
Core developers Robert Sasu and Andrei Marinica talk about the work that went into Barnard and what excites them most about the upgrade.
Barnard is already live on Devnet, with the mainnet rollout to begin in the coming days.
Putting in a Vibe Shift
Between all the upgrades and the sprint toward sub-second finality and the Supernova Upgrade, the MultiversX Labs team somehow found time to introduce one of the most exciting platforms in the company’s history: VibeOX.
Launched during a livestream, the platform opens up new opportunities for everyone (and their sister!) to build anything they want and go from idea to app in record time (or rather, 69 seconds). The platform itself is built on MvX’s lightening chain, settling transactions in 600ms and giving a preview of what the Supernova upgrade will feel like.
Remarkably, the VibeOX is being built in public, with a feedback form and roadmap to help the community shape the platform they would love to use.
Check out some remarkable VibeOX articles, builds, and videos:
And a bunch of attempts to go from login to product in 69 seconds.
They Did… What?
Carrying the launch momentum forward, MultiversX and VibeOX made an appearance on two of New York City’s most iconic billboards in Times Square. For enjoyers of some good-old-fashioned m*rketing, this should be a breath of fresh air—MvX co-founder Beniamin Mincu went to the city that never sleeps and posted the “Proof of Ad”.
Just a week later, another ad celebrating the builders of MultiversX aired just across the street.
But Wait There’s More… Marketing?!?
To support ecosystem projects in their efforts to reach new audiences, MultiversX announced a strategic partnership and $1.5m dollar grant program in collaboration with influencer-marketing leader TRBE. Projects can benefit the agency’s 10+ years of experience breaking through the noise.

In Closing
Yet another huge month for MvX with developments, releases, and some remarkable efforts by community and the team. There were about 10 more items on our initial list we couldn’t include due to *checks notes* our readers’ time, please forgive the incompleteness.
The MvX team is also fostering a dialogue with the community with several new opportunities to provide constructive feedback and help push the ecosystem forward. Contributors always welcome!
